    Einverständniserklärung
    1. Ich habe die Regelungen des SächsPresseG zur Ablieferungspflicht analoger und digitaler Publikationen zur Kenntnis genommen. Ich akzeptiere insbesondere folgende, für Netzpublikationen relevante Bedingungen:
      • Mit der Ablieferung erhält die SLUB das Recht zur Speicherung, zur Vervielfältigung und zur Veränderung der digitalen Publikation/en, soweit es für die Aufnahme in ihren Bestand, für die Erschließung und die Bereitstellung zur Benutzung sowie für ihre Erhaltung und die dauerhafte Sicherung der Benutzbarkeit erforderlich ist. (Inhaltliche Veränderungen dürfen von der SLUB dabei nicht vorgenommen werden.)
      • Mit der Ablieferung erhält die SLUB das Recht, die Publikation/en in ihren Räumen zugänglich zu machen.

    2. Ich übertrage der SLUB darüber hinaus verbindlich das Recht, die abgelieferte/n Publikation/en

      • auf einem von der SLUB betriebenen Server im Internet zur kostenfreien Nutzung im Rahmen des UrhG bereitzustellen und
      • zu gleichen Bedingungen an die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek weiterzugeben.
    3. Ich bin berechtigt, über die unter 2. genannten Nutzungsrechte zu verfügen und versichere, dass mit deren Übertragung keine Rechte Dritter verletzt werden. In Zweifelsfällen oder bei Entstehen vermeintlicher oder tatsächlicher Rechtshindernisse setze ich die SLUB hiervon unverzüglich in Kenntnis.
    Ablieferung der Netzpublikation

    Bitte übermitteln Sie Ihre Netzpublikation im Dateiformat PDF (bevorzugt PDF/A) über die Upload-Funktion (max. 25 MB) oder teilen Sie uns einen Link zur Abholung mit.

    Die Netzpublikation wird nach Eingang bzw. Abholung auf Einhaltung der vorgegebenen technischen Standards geprüft. Sollte die Datei nicht langzeitarchivierungsfähig sein, nehmen wir Kontakt zu Ihnen auf.
