The further training offered by the Landesfachstelle is aimed at library staff. However, it is also open to teachers, educators and library supporters. The topics are diverse - they range from library management to media pedagogical knowledge, digital skills, interactive and experience-oriented event formats, coding & robotics to social skills as well as project and change management. To ensure that our training and further education programmes always meet the wishes and needs of the target group, we conduct online surveys among public libraries in Saxony and constantly develop the programme further.
