Library DrePunct / Makerspace
In the library DrePunct/ Makerspace, you have access to around 600,000 media from the fields of civil engineering, transport sciences, electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, mechanical engineering and economics.
From 25 June 2026, the Drepunct Library / Makerspace will no longer be accessible due to ongoing renovations. Please also note that payments cannot be made at this location during this time.
Workplaces and technology
Around 300 workstations for quiet and concentrated work, including height-adjustable desks, can be found here at the location. For research in our online offers, PC workstations are of course also available in addition to WLAN coverage. In addition, you will find a book scanner and a colour inspection scanner as well as a scanning tent for free duplication.
Our parent-child room, equipped with toys and child-friendly furniture, offers a pleasant place to stay. You will find a changing table with accessories in our toilet (barrier-free).
Infos zum Zugang für Besucher:innen mit Rollstuhl
Während der Baumaßnahmen ist der Zugang zur Servicetheke im DrePunct für Menschen mit Rollstuhl oder Rollator stufenfrei über den Gebäudeeingang A möglich. Nach dem Eingang befindet sich rechts eine Rampe zum Aufzug. Fahren Sie hiermit bitte bis in des Erdgeschoss (Mensa). Dort verlassen Sie das Gebäude vor der Mensa um zum Eingang der Bibliothek zu gelangen.
Der Eingang zum Gebäudeteil A öffnet nicht automatisch mit zwei hintereinander folgenden Doppelglastüren. Die Durchfahrtsbereite des Aufzugs beträgt 90 cm.
