Personal data is processed in the fulfilment of obligations in accordance with § 11 SächsPresseG (submission of mandatory copies).

The data protection term "personal data" refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable person. The IP address can also be personal data. An IP address is assigned to every device connected to the Internet by the Internet provider so that it can send and receive data. When data is transmitted via the Internet, we collect the information that you explicitly provide. In addition, certain information is automatically recorded by our IT system during transmission. Some of this data is stored and disclosed to third parties when the mandatory copies are archived and made available to the public.

We process personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR and the BDSG. We only process data on the basis of legal authorisation. When archiving mandatory copies, we act on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. e GDPR i.V.m. § 11 SächsPresseG.

Duration of storage

In accordance with Section 11 SächsPresseG, the archived copies (with the personal data contained therein) are stored permanently.

Integrated third-party services

We use service providers for electronic archiving with whom agreements have been made to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
