Special Requirements for the Submission | After the acceptance of the article the authors recieve an e-mail from IEEE, asking them to pay all charges via the service provider RightsLink (RLA). In the second step IEEE asks the authors to apply for a funding by their institutions. The profiles of the institutions are checked on the basis of the informations about affiliations and ringgold ids provided by the authors. | |
