Sächsische Landesbibliothek – Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Dresden

SCOAP3  is an international partnership project which converts  high-impact journals  in the field of high-energy physics (hep) into open access journals. The journals do not raise article processing charges because the publishers are paid by the project partners for their efforts. That is why publishing in these journals is free of charges.

There are additional journals which partly also feature articles in the field of hep. Affiliates of TU Dresden are eligible to publish in these journals free of charge. To do so it is required to publish the paper before submission in arXiv under the category HEP  (for further information see  here ).
