We are pleased to be able to take another step towards SLUB normality by suspending the booking of online admission tickets in the Central Library. However, the COVID-19 pandemic is not over yet and therefore we ask you to be considerate of others and to please continue observing the hygiene regulations:
- Please immediately wash your hands after entering the library,
- continue to stay a safe distance away from others and
- make sure you comply with the AHA rules (keep your distance, practise good hygiene and wear a medical mask in public)
- The requirement to wear a mask when sitting at a computer or desk (including in the group study rooms) is no longer mandatory. However, a mask must still be worn for the general use of the library/libraries. Please continue being considerate of others and wear a mask as soon as a minimum safe distance cannot be maintained.
During your stay, items in the open access areas can be freely accessed and used by you. Please use the self-service machines where possible.
The following still applies: you can use the individual workstations at all SLUB locations for an unlimited period of time during opening hours. The number of users who can stay inside SLUB premises at the same time is limited and regulated by the capacity indicator in the Central Library and by access cards in the decentralised locations.
