Printed publication
You can also submit your written work exclusively in printed form to the SLUB or publish it with a publisher.
The table of contents or an abstract of your written work as a PDF/A file
If you send us the table of contents or abstract of your dissertation or habilitation thesis as a PDF/A file preceded by the title page by e-mail to hochschulschriften[at]slub-dresden.de, we will make this file(s) available via the SLUB catalog. For dissertation or habilitation theses of the Faculty of Medicine, please send the files to dissertationen.medizin [at ] slub-dresden. de. Please send the files to dissertationen.medizin[at]slub-dresden.de. The addition of bibliographic metadata with tables of contents and abstracts enables an efficient evaluation of the literature, as the catalog-enriching data is already available during the search.
We are happy to offer you the option of publishing an electronic version of your work on the Qucosa document and publication server in open access at a later date.
Formale Gestaltung der gedruckten Version
- Papierformat DIN A5 bis DIN A4 oder Zwischengrößen sind zugelassen.
- Beidseitiger Druck ist möglich.
- Auf die Angabe von persönlichen Daten kann verzichtet werden. Bitte stimmen Sie sich dazu mit dem Promotionsamt ab.
- Die gedruckten Exemplare müssen dauerhaft haltbar gebunden sein. Die Mindestanforderung an den Einband ist ein Softcover-Einband (Paperback). Ringbuchbindungen werden nicht akzeptiert.
Publication by a publisher
If you publish your dissertation or habilitation with a publisher, the doctoral regulations require that a certain number of copies must be submitted to the SLUB. Some doctoral regulations require that proof of a certain minimum number of copies (e.g. publishing contract) must be provided by the publisher. Please obey these requirements if applicable. Detailed information on the regulations of your faculty can be found in our overview.
