Events and Training

The further training offered by the State Library Office is aimed at library staff. However, it is also open to teachers, educators and library supporters. The topics are diverse - they range from library management to media pedagogical knowledge, digital skills, interactive and experience-oriented event formats, coding & robotics to social skills as well as project and change management. To ensure that our training and further education programmes always meet the wishes and needs of the target group, we conduct online surveys among public libraries in Saxony and constantly develop the programme further.

We appreciate your interest in our services. You can register online for some events. You are also welcome to send your registration directly to us: landesfachstelle@slub-dresden.de. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you are unable to attend an event despite registering, please let us know as soon as possible.
