Equal Opportunities Officer:r
Our duties as Equal Opportunities Officers include ensuring the implementation of and compliance with the Equal Opportunities Act and supporting the department management in its implementation. We receive complaints from employees about harassment on the grounds of gender or sexual orientation and sexual harassment in the workplace, provide information about counselling and support services and, with the consent of the person concerned, forward the complaint to the relevant body.
Our work as Equal Opportunities Officers is based on the Saxon Equal Opportunities Act, which stipulates the realisation of equality between women and men, the promotion of the compatibility of family and care with professional life and the creation of equal opportunities for all employees of the Free State of Saxony.
