Jens Pietzonka, a renowned sommelier who worked in top gastronomy for over 20 years, ran the Weinzentrale wine and food bar in Dresden from 2015 to 2024. Mr. Pietzonka donated a collection of around 30 menu and wine lists from top international gastronomy to the German Culinary Archive.
