Modern building at night

We recover treasures – and display them publicly! Supported by partners from Saxon cities and municipalities, we display SAVE material in the region where it originated.

The film and sound treasures digitized as part of SAVE are publicly accessible via the SLUB media library. But we also want to show them where they come from. That is why we are organizing events in Saxon towns and communities together with committed local partners, where historical film material from the region in question can be seen in public spaces. Of course, we also want to make SAVE better known and attract interested owners of old audio-visual material to our program. Would you like to help ensure that historical films from your region can also be seen in your region? Then please get in touch with us!
