Speaker at a conference and auditorium

As part of the SAVE programme, a symposium has been held annually at the SLUB since 2021. It is aimed at interested parties from Saxony's archives, museums, municipal administrations, libraries and specialist institutes, which are often also owners of analogue audiovisual media collections.

Presentations and discussions will focus on how these media can be preserved and find their way into the wider knowledge-based society.
