Room Booking Open Science Lab

This form is used to book rooms (specifically OSL 1, 2, and 3) at the SLUB Open Science Lab for conferences, workshops, and similar events. You can find more information about these spaces in our study room overview. If you would like to book a standard group study room for study or group work purposes, you can reserve one yourself up to two weeks in advance via the SLUB room booking system using your SLUB login. We also ask that you strictly observe our usage guidelines for the OSL rooms; this is the only way to ensure smooth event operations for you and other users. The rooms at the Open Science Lab can be booked during our service hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). This means you may only enter the room starting at 9:00 AM and must vacate it by 6:00 PM. Please take this into account when planning your event.

Usage Guidelines & Data Privacy

Your booking request will be reviewed after submission. You will receive a separate confirmation or rejection via email as soon as the room is bindingly booked. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not comply with the SLUB Dresden Terms of Use. In the event of repeated violations, future booking requests may be declined.
