Electronic Publication and Submissionto top
The electronic version is published on the document and publication server Qucosa according to the principle of Open Access.
The following has to be submissioned:
- The electronic version of your dissertation / habilitation with all pictures, tables, and graphics as a PDF-file and in the original production format
- bibliographic information / metadata
- the completed and signed Letter of Agreement for electronic Publishing in Qucosa
- 5 printed and bound copies (except for Faculty of Education)
- Document and Publication Server Qucosa
- Input Wizard - Registration of Documents on Qucosa

- Postal Delivery to the SLUB or
- Submission at the information and circulation desks of the SLUB
After a successful check of the submissioned data / copies for formal completeness and consistency your PhD Board will receive the receipt of submission, usually within 3 workdays.
