How to Extend the Loan Period?to top

You may extend the loan period of your media twice via your account if no other user has requested them. Extension requests can also be made using our contact form (or by e-mail), by post or by telephone.

The extension period begins on the day when you trigger the extension, not on the date of termination of the loan period that has already been granted to you.

Return of Borrowed Itemsto top

You can return your media at the book return machine in the Central Library during the library opening ours or at the circulation desk in any of our libraries during the respective service hours.

Returned media are automatically discharged from your account. Please retain your return receipt for future reference.
